(670 The Score) The Bears have signed three members of their five-man draft class, inking receiver Riley Ridley, running back Kerrith Whyte Jr. and cornerback Stephen Denmark to rookie contracts.
Each contract is a base four-year deal, with pay set by the rookie wage scale. The Bears have yet to sign running back David Montgomery (their third-round pick) and cornerback Duke Shelley (sixth round).
The Bears' fourth-round pick, Ridley was Georgia's leading receiver in posting 44 catches for 570 yards and nine touchdowns last season. Whyte, a seventh-round pick, totaled 3,700 all-purpose yards during his career at Florida Atlantic. Denmark, who was also a seventh-round pick, recorded three interceptions last season after converting to cornerback from receiver.
The Bears were the last team to sign their entire rookie class in 2018 after a contract impasse with first-round pick Roquan Smith lasted until Aug. 14.
