(670 The Score) Bears safety Eddie Jackson is miffed as to why NFL officials won't let his touchdowns stand.
In the third quarter of the Bears' eventual 23-16 win against the Panthers on Sunday, Jackson had a pick-six negated when officials called cornerback Kyle Fuller for pass interference on the play. Fuller's deflection on the play directly led to Jackson's opportunity. Officials determined that Fuller arrived early, which upset the Bears in part because their own drive into the red zone stalled earlier in the game when a Panthers defensive back made contact early with receiver Allen Robinson.
After the game, Jackson tweeted, "This makes no sense 2 TDs called back in 6 week smh." Jackson also had an interception returned for a touchdown called back due to a penalty in the Bears' win against the Giants on Sept. 20.
Jackson also is keeping an updated ledger on how many touchdowns he should have in his NFL career.
