(RADIO.COM Sports) After a week filled with trade rumors surrounding Seahawks star Russell Wilson, the Bears finally added a quarterback Tuesday. It just wasn't the seven-time Pro Bowler and former Super Bowl champion.
Instead, veteran Andy Dalton and the Bears agreed on a one-year, $10-million deal that includes $3 million in incentives. The way it stands at the moment, Dalton will seemingly head into training camp to compete for the starting job against Nick Foles. That's not quite what Chicago fans were hoping for or expecting, so naturally, there was a pretty strong reaction to the news on social media Tuesday evening, with former Bears linebacker Lance Briggs probably summing it up best.
The rest of social media felt similarly, whether it was Bears fans themselves or other fans mocking the team.

Everyone: You can't downgrade from Trubisky.

There was at least one fan doing everything he could to stay optimistic though.
