(670 The Score) The Bears have started 2-2 this season, though their record has been underscored by inconsistency on both sides of the football.
On Sunday, Bears general manager Ryan Poles told the WBBM Newsradio 780 pregame show that he hopes to see resiliency from his team as it works toward improvement this season.
"There's going to be ups and downs through a season when you have a new staff, new scheme and a lot of young players," Poles said during his weekly interview with Jeff Joniak.
"We're going to keep fighting to get better."
The Bears entered their matchup against the Vikings on Sunday ranking 30th in scoring, 31st in yardage and 32nd in passing yardage. Quarterback Justin Fields has endured struggles early in his second NFL season, completing just 50.7% of his passes for 471 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions.
On the other side of the ball, the Bears have the league's last-ranked rush defense and have struggled to contain star running backs through four games.
The Bears take on the Vikings (3-1) on Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
