Bears TE Cole Kmet, RB Khalil Herbert are questionable to play against Packers, while CB Jaylon Johnson is doubtful

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) The Bears could be missing a handful of key players in their season finale against the rival Packers on Sunday.

Bears tight end Cole Kmet (knee), running back Khalil Herbert (back/personal) cornerback Kyler Gordon (calf), center Lucas Patrick (calf) and long snapper Patrick Scales (foot) are questionable to play. Pro Bowl cornerback Jaylon Johnson (shoulder) is doubtful, while receiver Darnell Mooney (concussion) was ruled out.

Kmet played through his knee injury in the Bears' win against the Falcons this past Sunday but was limited to just 18% of the team's snaps on offense. He has 70 receptions for 678 yards and six touchdowns this season. Herbert has rushed for 236 yards and two touchdowns over the last two games.

Johnson exited Sunday with a shoulder injury and didn't practice this week. In an appearance on the Parkins & Spiegel Show on Wednesday, Johnson was asked if he expected to play and responded "100 percent," though that's now in doubt.

The Bears (7-9) and Packers (8-8) kick off at 3:25 p.m. CT Sunday on from Lambeau Field.
