Watch: 'Good Morning Football' co-host Kyle Brandt is losing his composure over Bears' choice to start Andy Dalton over Justin Fields

(670 The Score) There's a lot of consternation in Chicago regarding the Bears' decision to make veteran Andy Dalton their starting quarterback instead of rookie Justin Fields in the regular-season opener against the Rams on Sept. 12.

Widening the scope, national pundits seem equally as worked up. Case in point: "Good Morning Football" co-host Kyle Brandt is "starting to lose my composure," as he put it on Twitter, over the Bears' choice to start Dalton instead of Fields.

"I'd like to see a hand-off to David Montgomery," Brandt said of what he wants to see from Fields. "And then on the next play, I'd like to see play-action and then a throw to Allen Robinson. I'd like a fade down the left side. I'd like to do it behind Cody Whitehair and James Daniels, their starting guards, but I'm not going to see it because Justin Fields is not allowed to play with the Bears' starters.

"He's throwing to guys who are going to be real estate agents this fall.

"He's not allowed to play with the first team because heaven forbid anyone rock the boat that's captained by Andy Dalton, who has played as many meaningful snaps for the Bears as Justin Fields has. Make it make sense. You can't do it."
