(670 The Score) The Blackhawks have signed newly acquired forward Nick Foligno to a one-year, $4-million deal, they announced Tuesday.

Chicago acquired Foligno on Monday in a trade with the Boston Bruins that also sent winger Taylor Hall to the Blackhawks. The 35-year-old Foligno was a pending unrestricted free agent. He had 10 goals and 16 assists over 60 games with the Bruins last season.


Foligno is a 16-year NHL veteran who has played in 1,081 career games, scoring 215 goals and tallying 310 assists.
