(670 The Score) Bulls guard Coby White will miss the first game of his NBA career when Chicago visits Golden State on Monday night.
White was ruled out due to muscle spasms in his neck, coach Billy Donovan said about 90 minutes before tip-off. Donovan wasn't sure exactly how White suffered the ailment but thought he could've slept on his neck wrong.
"They kind of created a situation where he's just not able to raise his arm up real well and kind of turn his neck," Donovan said. "He tried to warm up and do a little bit in the arena beforehand, but obviously, he just can't go."
Donovan added he was optimistic that White's injury won't be a long-term issue.
