(670 The Score) Bulls wing Javonte Green will undergo right knee surgery Wednesday, the team announced Tuesday.
Green will have an arthroscopic debridement procedure. He'll be re-evaluated in two weeks, the Bulls said. The team didn't immediately reveal any sort of timetable for Green's return to action.
Green, 29, has been sidelined by lingering knee soreness since Dec. 31. He's averaging 5.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 16.0 minutes across 28 games this season. Green has been a key figure off the bench for the Bulls, helping their second unit wreak havoc defensively.
