(670 The Score) The overhaul of new Bulls coach Billy Donovan's staff has begun.
The Bulls let go of four assistant coaches Monday in Roy Rogers, Nate Loenser, Dean Cooper and Karen Stack Umlauf, the team announced. All four had worked under former coach Jim Boylen, who was fired in mid-August.
"I appreciate the time that I was able to spend with Dean, Nate, Roy and Karen," Donovan said in a statement. "I really want to thank all of them for their service and commitment to the Chicago Bulls. This is the tough side to our business, and I wish all of them the best moving forward."
No further announcements related to Donovan's coaching staff will be made at this time, the Bulls said. For now, lead assistant Chris Fleming remains on staff.
