(670 The Score) The Bulls on Friday unveiled their City Edition uniforms for the 2020-'21 season, featuring several subtle tributes to Chicago.
The uniforms are black with red and gold outlining, featuring "Chicago" across the chest in art deco style font -- a nod to the United Center. The shorts include the city's four stars set in corners, mimicking the rivets of skyscraper ironwork. The uniform sidings include a diamond pattern found in skyscrapers.
At the bottom of these jerseys is the line "No Little Plans," a tribute to Daniel Burnham, the city planner who helped rebuild Chicago after the city's great fire. He famously said, "Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood."
