Chicago reached an agreement with undrafted UConn big man Adama Sanogo to join the team on a two-way deal, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported. Sanogo -- who measured at 6-foot-7 1/4 without shoes at the NBA Combine -- was a star for the national champion Huskies last season, averaging 17.2 points, 7.7 rebounds and 0.8 blocks per game.
The Bulls previously had forward Justin Lewis and forward Terry Taylor filling their two two-way slots, so one of them will need to sign a standard contract with Chicago or move on to open up room for Sanogo, who was the second addition to the team's roster Thursday. Earlier, the Bulls traded into the second round to select Tennessee forward Julian Phillips at No. 35 overall.
