(670 The Score) The Cubs' David Ross finished third in the National League Manager of the Year voting, the Baseball Writers' Association of America announced Tuesday evening.

Marlins manager Don Mattingly won the award by drawing 20 of the 30 first-place votes and compiling 124 points. Padres manager Jayce Tingler was the runner-up, with six first-place votes and 71 points. Ross garnered one first-place vote, two second-place votes and 14 third-place votes for 25 points.
