(104.3 The Score) Beginning Thursday at 10 a.m., 104.3 The Score is hosting the 2026 Cubs for a Cure Radiothon to raise money to fight cancer.
All of the proceeds will go to BrainUp to fund cancer research. Across 24 hours, Danny Parkins will host the radiothon that raises money and shares stories from a number of inspirational figures.

Following the radiothon, Cubs for a Cure will culminate with fundraising efforts and gameday festivities during the Cubs' game Saturday, presented by Advocate Health Care. Highlights include a ceremonial first pitch thrown by an Advocate Health Care provider and a meaningful “Ring the Bell” ceremony in which an Advocate Health Care patient will mark the end of their cancer treatment journey by ringing the bell during the game. In addition, a special seventh-inning stretch will be conducted by an individual impacted by cancer.
