(670 The Score) The White Sox have reinstated reliever Garrett Crochet from the 10-day injured list, they announced Friday ahead of a game against the Royals in the evening.
Crochet had been out since April 25 due to an upper back strain. He has a 1.00 ERA in eight appearances this season.
In a corresponding move, Chicago optioned right-hander Alex McRae to Triple-A Charlotte. McRae has thrown one scoreless inning for the White Sox this season.
