(670 The Score) The White Sox have traded reliever Kendall Graveman to the Astros in exchange for catching prospect Korey Lee.
Graveman, 33, has a 3.45 ERA and eight saves over 45 appearances this season. Lee, 25, was the Astros' No. 5 overall prospect.
The White Sox also traded starter Lance Lynn and reliever Joe Kelly to the Dodgers on Friday afternoon.
The White Sox are 41-64 on the season and general manager Rick Hahn announced his intentions to sell players prior to MLB's Aug. 1 trade deadline.
