(Audacy) Thanksgiving Day is almost here and for most people across the country, that means enjoying a delicious feast consisting of turkey and mac and cheese and a three-course serving of NFL action.
Keeping true to tradition, the Cowboys and the Lions are both scheduled to play at home, having done so since 1978. The primetime game features a Bills-Saints matchup.

•The Lions and Bears will meet up for the 184th time, with Chicago holding claim to a 103-75-5 record against its division rivals.
•The Lions lost to the Bears, 24-14, in their first matchup of the season. It was Chicago rookie quarterback Justin Fields' second career start.
Las Vegas Raiders at Dallas Cowboys

What to know:
• The Cowboys have played on Thanksgiving since 1966, going 31-21-1 on turkey day games.
• The last time the Raiders and Cowboys played on Thanksgiving came back in 2013, when the Cowboys beat the Raiders, 31-24, behind a three-touchdown performance from DeMarco Murray.
• This is the first time the two franchises are playing each other since 2017, when the Cowboys squeaked by the Raiders, 20-17, due to a controversial call made on fourth down. Dak Prescott ran a quarterback sneak, leading the chain gang to come out on the field. Prescott appeared to be inches short of the first-down marker, but referee Gene Steratore put a folded index card in between the ball and the stick, and it touched -- giving Dallas the first down and a chance to nail a field goal that ultimately won them the game.
Buffalo Bills at New Orleans Saints

What to know:
• The Buffalo Bills have made nine Thanksgiving Day appearances and hold an even 4-4-1 record, with their last matchup being a 26-14 win against the Cowboys in 2019.
• This game will be the Saints' fourth appearance in a turkey day game. They're a perfect 3-0 on Thanksgiving Day. Their last matchup was also in 2019, when they knocked off the Falcons.
• This will be the 12th matchup between the Saints and Bills, with New Orleans leading the series 7-4.
