Sitting at the corner of F Street and 7th, the Capital One Arena is within walking distance of numerous bus stops, four Metro stations and countless parking spots.
It is accessible for fans of the Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards by public transport and by car quite easily. In the center of the District, the arena is in a good spot.
So what happens when the Caps and Wiz leave the city for Virginia and Potomac Yard in Alexandria?
