Marshawn Lynch drops (drunken?) F-bomb on Manningcast

By , Audacy Sports

Marshawn Lynch wasn't going to get fined if he didn't show up for the Week 7 Manningcast of the Saints-Seahawks clash, but he showed up nonetheless — and was as entertaining as ever.

We found out early on that he hadn't taken his usual shot-and-a-half of Hennessey, a ritual he'd perform before NFL games... but that's only because he had doubled that amount in honor of appearing with Peyton and Eli Manning.

Three shots of Hennessey isn't an insignificant amount of alcohol, but it wouldn't be all that surprising if the 215-pound former running back could down those with relative ease. Still, he might have been a tad bit intoxicated during the broadcast, and this may have removed his filter on what should've been a family-friendly viewing for the night.

After a bizarre play, Lynch's reaction may have been what a lot of the older crowd was thinking — but that doesn't mean he should have said it aloud on national television. That wasn't his only err of the night.

Whoops. Despite Lynch's slip-ups and Eli's double bird from an earlier show, it is supposed to be a PG broadcast, and Peyton apologized for the language when the guys returned from commercial break after thanking Lynch for stopping by.

Just another one of the many reasons to tune into the ESPN2 alternative during Monday Night Football.
