Boban Marjanovic and Tobia Harris are back together, but this time not on the hardwood.
The former teammates, who played together for the Sixers, Clippers and Pistons, reunited for a Goldfish commercial – and their chemistry in front of the camera may be even better than on the court.
The two are sitting together in a living room watching TV when Harris digs his hands into the Goldfish and pulls out a handful, to which Marjanovic responds, “really?”
Harris says he has about 73 Goldfish in his hand — which coincidentally may be a nod to Marjanvoic’s height. He’s listed at 7-foot-4 but some outlets have him as 7-foot-3.
The towering Serbian stands up and digs his hands into the Goldfish bag to get his own handful, only the bag rips open and the rest of the Goldfish spill onto the floor.
“I count more than 73,” he says, while eating one of the Goldfish.
Harris and Marjanovic have a unique relationship as the two former teammates grew close as the pair were traded together twice in the span of three years.
The two split prior to the 2019 season when Marjanovic signed with the Dallas Mavericks and Harris remained in Philadelphia.
Before the two teams met in Dec. 2019, Harris joked the two were no longer friends and that Marjanovic replaced him with Luka Doncic.
It’s clear the two are still tight and hopefully this is the first of more commercials they do together.
