One of the stars in this season of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” is not a player, but rather the 4-year-old son of Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs, Aaiden.
Aaiden first made an appearance in the second episode when his father asked him which player on the team he would want to meet.
Aaiden said Patrick Mahomes, but seemed to mean Dak Prescott (or was supposed to say Prescott but accidentally revealed his true favorite player). He claimed the Cowboys quarterback was his favorite player and was wearing a Prescott jersey later in the episode.

Well, on Tuesday’s “Hard Knocks” finale, Aaiden finally got to meet Prescott, but the 4-year-old still hasn’t quite figured out the difference between him and Mahomes.
Prescott shakes the little boy’s hand and asks him what’s up, to which Aiden responded, “So, you’re Patrick Mahomes?”
Prescott, who clearly saw the earlier episode, replied, “You think I’m Patrick Mahomes still?”
When he finally realized it was Dak Prescott, Aaiden was very cordial.
“You’re Dak Prescott? So, good to see you,” he said.

That was not the only adorable moment Aaiden delivered. He also showed Prescott his touchdown dance later in the episode.
Aaiden may get to see both Prescott and Mahomes in action later this season when the Cowboys head to Kansas City on Nov. 21 for a matchup with the Chiefs.
