Michael Phillips joined the Hoffman Show for Not My Beat to discuss the still ongoing search by the Washington Commanders for a new head coach.
Hoffman and Phillips dove into the search now that the Lions and Ravens are out of the playoffs, Washington has the opportunity to interview Detroit offensive coordiantor Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and Baltimore defensive coordinator Mike MacDonald and assistant hed coach Anthony Weaver in person.
Phillips shared his biggest concerns about Johnson and MacDonald, who he and most of everyone else consider the top candidates for the vacant job in Washington.
