Let's take a look at two coaches and their records before they landed the top job in Washington. Coach A compiled a .546 winning percentage in the regular season (76-63-1) over parts of nine seasons with an NFC South team, made four trips to the playoffs, with three above .500 seasons, went 3-4 in the playoffs and lost in the Super Bowl.

Coach B: compiled a .506 winning percentage in the regular season (43-42) over partss of six seasons with an NFC South team, made two trips to the playoffs, with two above .500 seasons, went 3-2 inthe playoffs and lost in the Super Bowl.

One of the above coaches is former Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera and the other is the man who will succeed him in Washington Dan Quinn. But which former DC will work out better in D.C.? Time will tell on that one.

But before Quinn has even arrived in Washington or assembled his new coaching staff for the Commanders' 2024 NFL season, Kevin Sheehan is adamant that the comparisons between Quinn and Rivera are inaccurate and way off base.

Hear Sheehan explain his full reasoning on the Commanders' new head coach and his predecessor on the audio player above!
