Russell: Jags owner Tony Khan gives Josh Harris, new Commanders SVP Dave Gardi a glowing review

Tony Khan, who owns All Elite Wrestling and is part of the family that owns the Jacksonville Jaguars, joined Chris Russell on Tuesday to mostly talk wrestling – but Rooster did have to ask him about Josh Harris, whom the Khans know well, and Tony gave a glowing review:

“I think that Josh is a tremendous owner for the Commanders. He is a huge fan of the football team and is a really great leader,” Khan said. “We are great friends, he and my dad are very close and I think the world of him. I think he’s enormous for the NFL and for Washington, D.C.”

Khan also knows Dave Gardi, the new Commanders SVP of Football Initiatives, very well from Gardi’s time in the NFL League Office…and again, a home run for DC.

“Josh made a great hire with Dave Gardi, one of the top executives in the NFL office,” Khan said. “He knows the rulebook inside and out, and will be a tremendous asset to the team.”
