That take made Sheehan chuckle. Howell, a former fifth-round draft pick, sat for all but one game during his rookie season and was the full-time starter for the Washington Commanders 17-game season his second year. That streak of 18-straight starts came to an end when he was traded to the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday.
