The 2021 NFL schedule is set to be released Wednesday at 8 p.m., but we'll know most of the Washington Football Team's schedule long before then.
For instance, we already learned Wednesday morning Washington will open its season against the Los Angeles Chargers at FedEx Field in Week 1.
We also know Washington will host the New York Giants in Week 2, a Thursday Night Football game, according to Nicki Jhabvala.
Washington's first road game will come on the road against the Buffalo Bills in Week 3 on Sept. 26. This matchup represents the added 17th game to the 2021 NFL season's schedule.
In Week 4, Washington will travel to play the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Oct. 3.
Washington will host the New Orleans Saints in Week 5 on Oct. 10 at 1 p.m.
In Week 6, Washington will host the defending AFC Champion Kansas City Chiefs on Oct. 17.
Washington will play at the historic Lambeau Field in Green Bay on Oct. 24 in Week 7.
On Halloween, Washington will be in Denver to play the Broncos for a 4:25 p.m. game in Week 8.
Washington Football will have their bye week in Week 9.
Week 10 will be a rematch of the Wild Card round against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at FedEx Field.
Ron Rivera will face his former team the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte in Week 11.
In Week 12, Washington will host the Seahawks on Monday Night Football, making it the second home primetime game of the season.
According to 106.7 The Fan's JP Finlay, Washington will travel to Las Vegas to play the Raiders on Sunday, Dec. 5, in Week 13.
Washington will finish the season with five straight division games, beginning with the Dallas Cowboys coming to Washington in Week 14.
Washington will then play back-to-back road games starting with a trip to Philadelphia to play the Eagles in Week 15.
According to 106.7 The Fan's JP Finlay, Washington will travel to Dallas in Week 16 on Sunday Night Football.
In Week 17, Washington will play their final home game of the regular season hosting the Eagles.
Washington will close the season in Week 18 against the New York Giants at the Meadowlands on Jan. 9.
