Washington Football Team may need a new stadium sooner than they think.
As fans poured into FedEx Field on Sunday for Washington’s Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Chargers, an unlucky few were disrupted during the game after a pipe above them burst, leaking water into the stands.
If that was not bad enough, the fans in the video believed it to be a sewage pipe.
Talk about a crappy situation.
The Washington Football Team’s lease at FedEx Field expires in 2027 and owner Dan Snyder has been interested in building a new stadium in recent years.
Clearly, issues persist at FedEx Field.
So long as it is now omen for how the rest of the season will turn out for the Football Team.
