Washington Wizards guard/forward Corey Kispert made waves last year talking about how the team needed a more distinct identity.

This year, Kispert is ready to shape that identity and ready to take on a bigger leadership role.

In his second season in the league, the former 15th overall pick, averaged 11.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 63.7 percent shooting from two and 42.4 percent from three in 28.3 minutes per game in 74 games (45 starts).

Kispert sat down with Craig Hoffman to discuss the evolution of his career, an offseason wedding, and how his now infamous comments were received by new Wizards leaders Will Dawkins and Michael Winger.
