Tobin and Leroy speak to NFL Network's Cynthia Frelund about the upcoming NFL draft. Frelund has the Miami Dolphins selecting LSU wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase with the #3 overall pick in the draft. "I don't actually think it's that close" when asked about the Chase vs DeVonta Smith debate amongst Dolphins fans. "His ability to run precise routes, to get open and to use his speed in a way that allows him more separation he had the greatest command of that than any wide receiver. He's considerably better than the other two (Smith and Waddle,)" says Frelund. She also explains what drafting former Miami Hurricanes defensive end Jaelen Phillips can do for the Dolphins at 18 overall.
