Here is some new information for Maryland residents:
1. All Maryland shopping malls and entertainment venues will close today (Thursday) at 5pm and remain closed TFN
2. BWI Terminal access is restricted to ticketed passengers and badge-holding employees (this "ups" yesterday's request to actual regulation )
3. Weight limit on trucks to be raised so that they may tramnsport more emergency supplies
4. Due to a shortage of blood supply, the Governor asked all healthy residents to consider donating blood
