This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash was joined in studio by Erin Michael *, Manager of Patient Advocacy & Special Programs, International Center for Spinal Cord Injury, Kennedy Krieger Institute, (KKI), and Darryl Williams, Engagement Specialist, KKI, to talk about Pickleball for All, Kennedy Krieger's fully accessible and adaptive tournament on Saturday, September 19th at Dill Dinkers Pickleball Club in White Marsh. Proceeds from Pickleball for All will benefit the Institute's adult adaptive sports and recreation program. Each year, the program serves nearly 150 adaptive athletes and recreation enthusiasts who participate in a variety of activities, such as handcycling, wheelchair lacrosse or bowling, among others.
