A Chocolate Factory Accident Causes Cocoa Powder to Rain Over a City

A chocolate factory in Olten, Switzerland had a malfunction in its ventilation system on Tuesday . . . and shot a bunch of cocoa powder into the sky that rained down on to the city.And this is high-quality, expensive, Swiss chocolate too.The chocolate company has offered to pay for the clean-up.
