We've all done it, pulled your favorite shirt or other article of clothing out of the dryer and realized that it's has shrunk a size or so. Well according to Lifehacker you can do something about it. And maybe even UNSHRINK it with something you probably have in your bathroom... hair conditioner.
Apparently, you can use HAIR CONDITIONER to unshrink anything made of cotton. Here's how to do it . . .
Get a bucket of luke-warm water and put a few big squirts of conditioner in it. (you can also do this in a sink)
Mix it in real good.
Let the article of clothing soak in the there for 15-30 minutes.
As you take it out, gently squeeze the water out. DO NOT WRING OR TWIST IT OUT, you still need the conditioner that's in there.
Stretch it out Gently on a dry, clean towel and roll it up. This will keep it in place so it won't shrink back down.
When it's mostly dry, gently stretch it again to get it back to it's original shape.
Lay it out on another dry towel until it's FULLY dry. It wouldn't hurt to roll it up again, just to make sure it doesn't shrink.
...and boom! Hopefully that works and your shirt fits perfectly.
They say if it's not a washable fabric like cotton, maybe your dry cleaner can help you.
