Amanda Bynes has checked into a metal health facility again.
According to TMZ, the actress and fashion designer is under the care of professionals and addiction counselors following a relapse.
Sources say the child star was checked into the LA rehab facility in January though she'd been suffering for months.
Amanda, who graced Paper magazine in November and opened about her struggles with drug addiction, was thrown into the public eye was too soon and was affected by the stress and pressure.
She's reportedly getting treatment for drug addiction and other mental health issues.
