Today more than ever, we could all use a little help, so when it happens when we least expect it? You're even more grateful!
That's exactly what happened to one mom in Waynesville, Ohio this week. Three young kids in the car, exhausted from school and football practice ... Brittany Reed opted to just do "easy" and go through the McDonald's drive-thru for dinner. Once she got to the window to pay, she realized with all the commotion, she'd left her purse at home and needed to cancel the order.
Without hesitation, the server whipped out his wallet and took care of the meal for her. Brittany politely declined but "Wyatt" wouldn't take no for an answer ... so she snapped a quick pic on her phone and wrote a long thank-you to her Facebook community in the hopes that his parents would see it. She wrote, "I just want his parents to know how KIND and COMPASSIONATE your son was tonight!"
What do you think happened? IT BLEW UP. And when Brittany returned with cash to make it up, she had to force Wyatt to take it. :)
People. Helping. People. We all need it!
