Sony Music Nashville, a record label home to some of your favorite country artists, and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store are partnering together to help deliver meals to healthcare workers that are battling the virus on the front lines.
Cracker Barrel is set to launch a new program titled "There's Comfort in Giving" which will donate 5,000 meals to healthcare professionals and many country artists are participating in the campaign as well.
Sony artists including Chris Young, Maddie & Tae, Mitchell Tenpenny, Jameson Rodgers, Rachel Wammack, Seaforth, Adam Doleac, etc. have each picked a specific hospital that holds special meaning to them to receive the meal donations. Each artist will also host live performances on both their social channels and Cracker Barrel's in order to raise awareness for the new program and help raise extra money to help the relief efforts.
Chris Young is set to launch the campaign with a live concert on the Cracker Barrel Facebook page on Sunday, April 26th.
Maddie and Tae are also very excited to help with this initiative and gave a special acoustic performance on their Instagram today (4/22) to get their fans ready for the launch of the program.
An additional part of the "There's Comfort in Giving" Campaign is that with the purchase of every $10 in Cracker Barrel Old Country Store e-gift cards via crackerbarrel.com now through May 12, Cracker Barrel will donate one additional meal (up to 5,000 meals) to healthcare workers!
