Over the weekend it was announced that Disney and Target will be teaming up to take over the world! (Well not actually, but kinda)
Approximately 25 different Targets across the country will open its own Disney stores right in time for the holiday season.
The mini Disney stores will be located next to kids clothing and the existing toy aisles in Target stores. Each store is expected to hold more than 450 items in prices ranging from $2 to $200.
The mini-stores will be staffed by Target employees that will receive special Disney training.
Disney is trying to expand its brand beyond malls and what better way than to team up with one of the biggest retailers in the country!
Target will also be opening a full-fledged store right next to the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando, Florida in 2021 as part of this new partnership!
