Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood broke the Internet Monday night.
No, for real, the two went live on Facebook to give their followers some entertainment amid the COVID-19 crisis and when 3.4 million people tuned in, the site completely crashed!
Even with everything going on in the world, the two were all smiles and urged their followers to stick together and stay positive during this trying time.
Their live concert lasted a good 40-minutes with the two switching off singing together and then separately depending on the song. They asked for fan requests and sang covers from all over the music spectrum including Ed Sheeran's "Perfect," Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," and Brooks even went on to sing a different version of Yearwood's "The Woman in Me."
They ended up singing the song twice because Brooks insisted they could sing the harmonies better and man that second time through might be better than the original!
