Ryan Griffin is an up and coming artist who you may have already seen around town as he opened up for Michael Ray last year on tour or maybe you've heard his song 'Dibs' on the radio that he co-wrote for Kelsea Ballerini.
When describing the songs on his EP, Griffin said it is, "a little bit like Keith Urban and a little bit like Brian McKnight."
The title track "Name On It," is about being proud of your background, where you come from, and ultimately trying to find that person to share your name with.
Griffin is especially proud of these brand new songs that are officially out for the world to hear!
Growing up in Florida, Griffin knew he wanted to make music for a living after his dad took him to a local festival to see Kenny Chesney and Alan Jackson. So at age 17, he packed up and headed to music city to attend Belmont University. While at school he won the country music showcase, and then scored an internship at Broken Bow that had him hitting the road to help manage Jason Aldean.
Since then Griffin has opened up for some powerhouse acts including Kelsea Ballerini, Lady A, and Old Dominion.
