This is the first of two weekends that Urban will be counting down the top country songs of the week from his home studio in Nashville. He said he has been spending a lot of time in that basement studio during quarantine, recording new music, and finishing his album.
When he has not been working on new music, he has been spending all his time with his wife, Nicole Kidman, and his two girls. Urban has enjoyed this extra time at home and loves being able to eat dinner as a family together every night.
He tells Helton all about his friendship with Eric Church and how the two love sending each other obscure songs. He also has stories about Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, Ashley McBryde, Thomas Rhett, and Russell Dickerson.
