Luke Bryan Pushes Back Album Release and Reschedules Tour

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has caused many artists to cancel or postpone their summer tours and Luke Bryan is no exception.

The country singer announced yesterday that he will be rescheduling his Proud To Be Right Here Tour in the wake of all the uncertainty. It was supposed to kick off in May and now will start on July 10th in Orange Beach, AL. Morgan Wallen, Caylee Hammack, and Runaway June will be openers for the tour on different dates.
Bryan also announced that he is pushing back his album release date as well. His seventh studio album, Born Here Live Here Die Here, was scheduled to drop on April 24th and now will not be released until August 7th. 

In a statement explaining both the tour and album, Bryan said, "What an incredibly confusing and scary time our world is facing right now, and it is important we continue to follow the guidelines we have been given and do our part to keep everyone safe. With that in mind, we are choosing to stay home at this time so we can have fun sharing this music and tour with you this summer. I truly believe that music can provide all forms of emotional connections for everyone and I can’t wait to get on the road and share these new songs with you soon." 

Hopefully the tour will start right on time in July and no further changes will have to be made! At least we can look forward to some new music in the summer!
