"Build Me a Daddy," tells the story of a boy that goes into a wooden toy shop, shows the owner a picture of a soldier who appears to be the boy's father, and asks the worker if he could 'build him a daddy.'
Bryan released the emotional song along with the music video today and fans are saying both will 'tear your heart out.'
Bryan teased the song earlier this week saying, "I’ve played this song for a lot of my hardcore buddies and it chokes them up. I think that’s the beauty of country music, to really make you feel emotional."
He hopes the song will touch you the same way it did him.
Bryan's album is set to be released on August 7th, after being postponed from April 24th due to the coronavirus.
