Luke Combs put on another Facebook Live concert last night (4/15) and this time he gave fans ANOTHER unreleased song!
The ballad is titled "Six Feet Apart," was written with Combs' friends Rob Snyder and Brent Cobb, and is a hopeful song about looking forward to the day when the pandemic is over and we can finally start figuring out our new normal.
The song was written only a few days ago and Combs spend all yesterday memorizing both the lyrics and chords. He sings about missing his parents, his band, and life on the road. He mentions how he cannot wait to hug his loved ones and shake hands with all his fans again. The song is looking towards the future and how we are going to come out of this stronger together.
Fans are already LOVING the new ballad and want him to record a studio version.
Maybe this could be his follow up single to "Does to Me"? Who knows, but I sure would not be mad about it.
