Is There a Wizards of Waverly Place Reunion in the Works?!

Wizards of Waverly Place was a beloved childhood show on Disney Channel that not only helped launch the career of Selena Gomez, but also taught kids about the importance of family, friendship, and education (as odd as that sounds it did teach kids to work hard to achieve their goals).

Back in 2012, the show ended after Gomez's character, Alex Russo, won the family wizard competition enabling her as the only sibling to keep her powers.

Now in 2020, it looks like there might be a possible reunion in the works!

David Henrie, who starred alongside Gomez as her older brother Justin Russo, posted a video of the two socially distanced with a grassy wall between them on a set. He captioned it, "Hmm @selenagomez." and the internet started buzzing!

It is no secret the two are working on a project together, but is it a Wizards reunion? We can only hope!

Last year in an interview Henrie said he would totally be down for a reboot and admitted he and Gomez have had conversations about the idea. Their idea would have the series pick up a few years after Gomez won the family competition and see how that affected the entire family's dynamic.

Any kid that grew up watching Disney Channel from the early to mid-2000s is also on board for a reboot, trust me!
