Reese's classic chocolate and peanut butter cups are getting a little makeover that better resembles 2020...
Since we've all been a little salty about this year with everything that has been happening, the Hershey Company announced the new Reese's Big Cups with Pretzels! (The candy corporation is very in tune with how we've been feeling.)
Now the sweet and savory peanut butter cups will be filled with crushed pretzel pieces. Ian Norton, Reese’s senior director, said in a press release. “In true Reese’s fashion, we channeled our feelings into sweet and salty deliciousness with new Reese’s Big Cups with Pretzels.”
Reese's twitter has been blowing up with sarcastic rants in honor of the launch. (Whoever runs their social media needs a raise because these Tweets are hilariously on point!)
The new stuffed cups will hit shelves in November with the 1.3-oz standard size single cup going for $1.49 and the 2.6-oz king-size cups will be $2.09.
The mini pretzel cups will not roll out until January, but until then we can enjoy a king-sized helping of sweet and salty savory goodness!
