The COVID-19 pandemic has completely rocked the restaurant industry and while many places have instituted new policies and procedures to remain open, due to the increase of case numbers in certain cities, some places can no longer sell beer unless food is served alongside it. This is another way local authorities are trying to flatten the curve and ensure customers remain safe and healthy, by limiting the consumption of alcohol indoors.
One restaurant in Pennslyvania, though, found a loophole for the new rule and some are calling it "creativity at its finest."
Since the place is not allowed to serve beer unless food is ordered, they have added small food Items to their menu that customers will enjoy.
And when we say small we mean like a single cheese puff small...No joke, this place is charging customers 5 cents for a single cheese puff because that then constitutes as a meal order!
They also added 1 deep-fried pickle for $1.00 and a solo onion ring for $.50!

The menu has officially been changed to the "Here for A Beer Menu" and you can also order a 1/4 basket of fries, which is a clap back at the restaurant's new 25% capacity rule.
Well, that's one way to work around the food must be ordered to serve beer rule! No one can say the restaurant is not being creative!
