Despite living in Chicago and being a Cubs fan all his life, 92-year-old Bill Lill had never attended a game at Wrigley Field.
His neighbors found this out at a block party a few weeks ago and knew that needed to change.
They took Lill to Wrigley Field on Friday to watch his favorite team play against the Pirates. They even brought a decorated poster that commemorated the milestone. His entire section began chanting his name and he toasted the fans with a ceremonial Budweiser.
Lill's neighbors are amazing for creating this moment for the die hard Cubs fan. Needless to say, Harry Caray would have been proud. #GoodVibes
