Yesterday we introduced you to 92-year-old Bill Lill that went to his first Cubs game last weekend thanks to some very thoughtful neighbors.
He was seen drinking a Budweiser and having the time of his life in the crowd.
His story quickly went viral as many thought it epitomized Chicago pride. Many were also inspired by the kindness of his neighbors that went out of their way to create the MOST memorable moment for Lill.
On Tuesday, WGN Morning News invited Lill on the show to talk about the milestone and recap his experience at the game.
BUT that's not all! They also had a representative from Budweiser surprise him with tickets to Friday's game against the Cardinals, his own custom Cubs jersey, AND an invitation to throw out the first pitch!!
Lill could not contain his excitement when accepting the invitation!
If anyone deserves to throw out the first pitch at a Cubs game it would be life long fan, Bill Lill! We cannot wait to continue to follow this story! #GoodVibes
