Ayden Morgan was born with a rare form of brain cancer that left him completely blind by the age of 3. He has undergone over 21 surgeries in only 9 years.

Over the weekend a surprise package arrived for Morgan from Ballerini and a BRAND NEW white electric guitar was inside! His name was engraved on the end in Braille and everything!
Ballerini also left the cutest note inside that read, "Meeting you in St. Augustine really touched my heart, and I wanted to get you a special guitar to encourage you to keep playing and using your gift. All my love. Kelsea."
Morgan could not believe that his favorite country artist sent him a personally engraved guitar! His mom recorded him opening the package and it is a MUST SEE video!
