Back in 1997, Jordan Olsen was only 17 when he started his first job at Subway and he had no idea how much that place would change his life.
On his first day as a sandwich maker, he met a co-worker and knew from that moment that she would be his wife.
It took Olsen a few months to finally ask Jennifer out and then four years later the two married!
Now in honor of that union almost 18 years ago, Jordan and Jennifer Olsen came up with a plan last summer to forever commemorate the place where they met: They decided to buy the restaurant.
Even though to others it sounded crazy, the two agreed they have always been fond of the restaurant because of the memories it holds and the sandwiches were not bad either!
When the couple found out the owners of the beloved Subway were retiring and selling their franchise, they immediately took out a small business loan and went back to the place where it all began.
The two decided Jennifer would be the manager, which would allow her to open the restaurant in the morning and then be home in the afternoon for their children.
To celebrate their new chapter as business partners the two are hosting a special re-opening at the Subway that helped start their family! #GoodVibes
